Carcinoid syndrome : Clinical features of syndrome are

·       Systemic fibrosis – affects cardiac valves, endocardium, retroperitoneum and pelvis

·       Hepatomegaly – largely due to metastasis

·       Intestinal symptoms (mainly hormonal) – Hypermobility in the form of vomiting, diarrhea and cramps.

·       Vasomotor symptoms – flushing & cyanosis of skin
